Every month our team sends a short report in plain English: what your agents drafted, what you approved, and what we changed. Every quarter we go through which agents to keep, change or switch off.

The X line is an estimate. X sets its prices in US dollars, and the amount depends on the seat tiers and the exchange rate. Check the current prices on X's pricing page. We don't bill the X costs, and we don't quote them as part of the SCAIS management fee. The setup fee is one-off and isn't in this table.

How much does it cost?
The SCAIS management fee is A$990, A$1,350 or A$1,750 a month, plus a one-off setup fee of A$600, A$900 or A$1,350. Separately, you pay X for your Grok Bot plan and our management seat, estimated at about A$195 a month (about A$345 for Scale). See X's pricing.
Who sees your data?
You, our team through our management seat, and your agents. Your data stays inside your own Grok Bot account, not on SCAIS systems. You can read how the platform handles it in Grok Bot security and the xAI privacy policy.
Who owns it if you leave?
You do. The account, memory and documents stay in your account. Our team removes our seat. Give 30 days' notice. No exit fee.
Will your customers know they're dealing with AI?
Where it matters, yes. We agree during setup where messages drafted by AI carry a disclosure. Any outreach follows the Spam Act 2003: consent, sender identified, and a working unsubscribe.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
By default nothing goes out without your approval, so most mistakes stop at the draft. Tell our team in your channel. Our team fixes issues by the next business day.
Can you change or cancel?
Yes. Give 30 days' notice. No exit fee.

SCAIS collects your name, email and message to reply to your enquiry and discuss the service. If you leave something out, we may not be able to respond. We don't sell your details or share them except as required by law. You can find how to access or correct your information, how to complain, and whether any data goes overseas in our privacy policy.
