By requesting services from Sunshine Coast AI Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Our services are scoped build-and-host engagements. A defined digital asset (such as a website, custom internal application, or AI solution) is delivered against an agreed brief, followed by optional ongoing managed hosting and support.

3. Client Responsibilities & Data

You retain responsibility for the accuracy of the business information you provide. We use your data to configure and operate the solutions delivered as part of your project.

4. Payments

Payment schedules and ongoing hosting terms are agreed in writing for each engagement. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers where applicable.

5. AI Disclaimer

Where AI is included, we integrate third-party AI models. We are not responsible for the output of those models. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and suitability for your business.
